We trust in the delivery of our parcels on the deliverer DHL, as he offers a delivery rate of about 95% within 24 hours after shipping the goods from our warehouse. If you should not be home once the goods are delivered, the parcel carrier leaves a message in your mailbox, so that the parcel can be picked up conveniently at the nearest DHL depot or the nearest post office - Of course, DHL also delivers on Saturdays.
All orders are processed by us as soon as possible, working days at the latest within 24 hours after receipt. Please understand that in advance payment a shipment can only be made when the amount to be paid has been credited to our account. Therefore, please plan in advance payments 1-2 business days for the transfer and another 1-2 business days for shipping.

For standard parcel delivery (payment in advance, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung etc.) the cost of the shipping costs 6.90 Euro. When shipping by cash on delivery (convenient payment upon receipt of goods), the cost is 14.90 Euro (6.90 euros shipping + 6,00 euros COD charge + 2,00 euros DHL delivery fee)
You do not come from Germany? No problem, we also ship our packages within the European Union. For the standard parcel delivery (payment in advance, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung etc.) we charge a fee of 17, - Euro.
